Bonnie Te Ara Henare

Bonnie is known for her inspiring educational leadership and her innovative, creative flair for eduprenuership. She has an expansive track record in ECE, built up over 25 years working in diverse roles within mainstream, bilingual and immersive Māori ECE settings.

Bonnie is an Accredited Ontological Coach and Being Profile Practitioner, which supports her work with ECE centre owners and  managers, educational leaders, management teams and teachers at all levels of their training and development to produce high    performing teams in the education sector.

She has a strong interest in pedagogical leadership and practice within teams, and is committed to innovating curriculum design and delivery. Her work to date in this area has attracted international recognition with ECE leaders in Brazil, Singapore, Japan, the US and Australia and has seen her receive the 2019 New Voice and Vision in ECE award in Leadership from the Australian Council of Educational Leaders.

Bonnie is involved in a number of passion projects in her community through her associations with United Nations Women Aotearoa/New Zealand, The Global Peace Foundation – Cyprus and educational collaborations that impact Peace Education in the world.

Mandy Reeve

Mandy is an innovative, systems manager extraordinaire with a passion for the education sector. She has a proven history of events and project management, and over the last 15 years, has curated a rich palette of agile administration capabilities focused on delivering smooth, efficient and high quality services to our end users at Aho International.

In Mandy’s spare time she is a passionate advocate, facilitator and transformative coach. She is the founder of The Kindness Platform, where she leads one-to-one and group coaching intended to empower women within their chosen professions. As an educationalist, Mandy is committed to making a difference to children, families, communities and societies around the world.

Maraea McCall

Maraea is a skilled and compassionate Specialist Teaching Consultant and has worked as an Early Childhood Educator for over 20 years. Her roles have included Early Intervention teacher for the Ministry of Education and a Behaviour Specialist, providing positive behaviour support for families with children who have a disability.

Maraea is a trained Stepping Stones Triple P Practitioner with experience facilitating both individual and group programmes, and is also experienced in facilitating educational programmes for families with children with newly diagnosed autistic spectrum disorders. She is someone who is able to understand and anticipate the needs of others and adapt her practice to ensure her clients feel cared for and accepted. 

Rosalina Dapa-Crook

 

Rosalina is a passionate early childhood educator and has a strong vision for children to live in a place where every child is entitled to grow up as a competent, confident learner and communicator, and who have a strong sense of belonging starting from an early age. 

Having relocated from Indonesia to New Zealand almost 20 years ago, Rosalina has since gained a wealth of experience and knowledge through her Diploma studies. She now utilises these skills in the education sector as Aho’s recruitment and client    relationship manager, building relationships that provide          outstanding customer satisfaction and service delivery. In her free time, Rosalina enjoys singing, cooking and outdoor activities with her family and her little dog, Shadow.
